Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Coyne is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with an understanding of digital, social media and influencer marketing to join our growing Social Media team. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for today’s digital landscape, top social platforms and influencer trends. This role will provide daily social media/influencer marketing support within an integrated team’s overall client strategy, including content development and management, listening and monitoring, social advertising, influencer contracting and negotiations and reporting. The candidate should be personable, highly motivated, have experience managing junior staff members, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Here are the specifics
- Social media and influencer marketing campaign execution
- Social media/Influencer marketing account management within integrated teams
- Lead social media execution including content calendars, community management, social listening, promotions, monitoring, social advertising and reporting
- Lead influencer marketing execution including identification, vetting, contracting, negotiations, creative briefs, content management, monitoring and reporting
- Participate in creative sessions and opportunistic idea generation
- Provide data driven analysis and reporting
- Campaign success using digital, social media and influencer platforms
- Management of junior staff
What you should have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of agency experience in PR, social media, digital and/or influencer marketing
- Experience working with large scale brands, preferably in the travel, hospitality and/or consumer industries
- A passion for and understanding of the digital, social and influencer marketing space
- Ability to think strategically and creatively and be a problem solver
- Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
- Experience using social media, digital and influencer marketing tools, including listening, monitoring, identification, execution and reporting
- Experience managing a junior staff
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Candidates in NYC or NJ preferred, though remote option is available
