Rogers & Cowan NY has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive in our rapidly expanding Entertainment & Lifestyle division that boasts clients in cable, spirits, beauty and celebrity. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of public relations experience in the areas of television, beauty and/or consumer products.
The position calls for leading the day-to-day operations and brand elevation for this uniquely diverse roster of clients. We are seeking an individual with tight-knit media contacts across broadcast, print, online and radio, exceptional writing skills, ability to project manage, exceptional writing skills, a dynamic self-starter with a passion for media.
The group is collaborative, energetic and passionate and we are seeking a perfect complement to that dynamic.
Desired Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of Public Relations experience; agency experience is a plus
* Current contacts in fashion/beauty and/or television and entertainment media; strong media relations skills
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategies
* Experience representing fashion, beauty and/or TV properties (networks or production companies)
* Strong writing skills are a must
* Proven new business abilities
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong time management and organization
