Job Requirements Entry level position in Westchester County event management firm. Responsibilities • Office reception: answering phones, receiving deliveries and ordering supplies • Meeting preparation: scheduling and coordination of appropriate materials for client and new business meetings • Mailings and list management: compile and update mailing lists, and maintain and track RSVPs for events • Timelines: assist in development  of detailed project timelines developed for each project • Event collateral development:  Assist as needed in the drafting and development of collaterals including invitations, programs, advertisements, signage and websites (including Bowen & Co. website) • Research: whether with regards to a particular project or to keep up with industry trends, it is important for each Bowen & Company representative to be well informed • Be creative, positive and have fun! Job Requirements • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Internet research • Good writing and communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
