• Program management support, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including event logistics and vendor coordination
• Help execute community programs and events
• Ensure programs are on track, meet deadlines and achieve client’s goals
• Work closely with vendors and partners to execute high visibility partnerships and programs
• Develop and edit client materials, including PR plans, work-back plans, briefing documents and press releases
• Media relations outreach (national and local)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR and Communications
• Media relations experience (national or local)
• Experience working with nonprofits, CSR initiatives or community relations and passion for working with community programs
• Team player with ability to work well in partnership with others as well as independently and own projects
• Strong attention to detail and reputation for delivering high quality client deliverables
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (developing and editing materials)
