Responsibilities Role Purpose
The Coordinator will support the Bravo and Oxygen Media Communications team with administrative and operational responsibilities. This position will report to the SVP of Communications.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative support for SVP and VP with phone coverage and managing schedules, as well as department support such as manage invoices, maintain editorial calendars, update press lists, travel itineraries, clip reels, press mailers, and other assignments as required.
Compile daily clip packet, distribute press materials to key executives, keep team apprised of all breaking news and monitor social media for all network and series related coverage.
Research media outlets, reporters and articles to better identify coverage opportunities and trends.
Proof and distribute press releases, media alerts and listings highlights.
Assist department with covering photo shoots, set visits, interviews, press stunts, red carpets, Upfront events and Television Critics Association.
Develop positive relationships with press, talent, representatives, producers, production companies and executives in order to assist press managers in maximizing press coverage and minimizing crises.
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Minimum 1 year experience in publicity / communications, ideally in television communications
Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, & Powerpoint
