SpotCo Social Media Associate
The Social Media Associate is an integral part of the Social Media team offering support and innovative ideas for social communities and content strategy for Broadway productions and other entertainment brands.

KEY DUTIES:
- Have respect for all working parties and help create a safe, open, honest and positive working environment.
- Support Social Media team in
- Content ideation and creation
- Social listening and community engagement
- Creation of meeting materials and analytic reports
- Work closely with the Social Media team to assist in the development and execution of social media and digital branding initiatives
- Assist in the management of social platforms, and use social listening tools to engage with our active social communities
- Assist in the creation generating weekly and monthly client reports outlining social analytics, ongoing campaign enhancements and opportunities for community growth
- Assist in the development of online content and social media campaigns by contributing in brainstorming sessions and performing research pertaining to current and upcoming productions
- Research the competitive landscape to understand how other live entertainment properties are activating in the social space • Research new online marketing opportunities, including emerging technologies
- Monitor the web for comments on initiatives report back to the team
- Provide occasional support at live events and video shoots • Miscellaneous administrative duties, including assisting with mailings, prize redemptions and deliveries
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ experience and a deep understanding of social media best practices
- Proficiency with a broad range of digital analytic tools, such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, TweetDeck, HootSuite, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, and an ability to multitask and prioritize
- Some graphic design, Photoshop, and video editing experience preferred • A passion for theater, the performing arts, and emerging technology a plus
