About the Role

Ogilvy is looking for a Global DEI, Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal individual is a detail-oriented, and process driven self-starter, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of purpose-led strategic planning alongside advertising. Your role requires you to partner with various employees across different locations, and functions and to assist in the delivery of impactful initiatives aligned with our DEI strategy.

This role will report into the Global Director, DE&I with a close working relationship with our regional leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Track the end-to-end process of special projects within the global DEI strategy, with support of Global DEI Director. This includes project initiation, day-to-day planning and updating project plans/timelines, metrics, and project documentation.
  • Manage the team project plan ensuring updates are frequent and timely.
  • Work alongside regional leads to support execution of their internal and external DEI initiatives – including cultural awareness moments, and employee development programming.
  • Maintain and update internal intranet site with engaging and relevant blog content, cultural moments calendar, and ad-hoc training content.
  • Assist in gathering research on key DEI issues, identify external trends, and create diversity relevant documents and research summaries.
  • Review first pass of client work from a DEI sensitivity lens
  • Support and follow-up with strategic vendor partnerships
  • Contribute to the execution of the Ogilvy’s DEI storytelling and communications plan that captures and highlights the advancement of our DEI efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly/quarterly leadership presentations, alongside Global DEI Director
  • Other duties as required

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ years of project management skills – ideally in commercial space
  • Computer proficiency required, experience with MS Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities resulting in high quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work across levels and functions to build relationships.
  • Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented, and personable.
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Attention to detail

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, click here for more details.

Pay Range

$35,000—$75,000 USD
